Key features of the MKM Land loan

Loan Settings

  • Maximum LVR 70% Flexi Doc accepted
  • Defaults <$3K on Investment or <$5K on OO
  • Land must not have a DA for more than 4 units
  • We pay an upfront commission of 0.7% with a 0.2% trail

Other features

  • Cash out for any reasonable purpose

  • Indicative pricing is as per Land product on the Guide
  • We do not clawback


  • Full Doc – For self-employed we require 1 year’s Tax return OR for PAYG 2 payslips and 3 months personal bank statements
  • Flexi Doc – We require either Accountant letter and 6 months business banking statements Or Accountant letter and 2 x BAS
  • Discharged Bankrupt > 1 year
  • Up to 1 Months arrears
  • ABN > 6 Months
