Key features of the MKM Land loan
- Maximum LVR 70% Flexi Doc accepted
- Defaults <$3K on Investment or <$5K on OO
- Land must not have a DA for more than 4 units
- We pay an upfront commission of 0.7% with a 0.2% trail
Cash out for any reasonable purpose
- Indicative pricing is as per Land product on the Guide
- We do not clawback
- Full Doc – For self-employed we require 1 year’s Tax return OR for PAYG 2 payslips and 3 months personal bank statements
- Flexi Doc – We require either Accountant letter and 6 months business banking statements Or Accountant letter and 2 x BAS
- Discharged Bankrupt > 1 year
- Up to 1 Months arrears
- ABN > 6 Months
