Settlement

On application, you should advise the preferred date for settlement to occur. The staff at MKM Capital are results driven and will work hard to ensure that your date is met.

Settlement will occur when all approval conditions, conditions precedent and required documentation or further information is satifactory to the MKM Capital Credit Committee. Original Loan Forms must all be received prior to funding/settlement.
