MKM Capital offers the following Interest Rates which are confirmed upon submission of each loan on a case-by-case basis only:

6+6 Loan

Initial 6 month term from 8.25% per annum, reverting to a range from 9.75% per annum for the second six months.

Clean Credit

MKM Clear Credit loans available from 8.75% per annum

Full Doc

From 9.75% per annum variable interest rate

Lo Doc

From 9.95% per annum variable interest rate

Recovery Loan

From 11.75% per annum variable interest rate

Second Mortgage

From 19.60% per annum variable interest rate

Bridging Finance

From 24.00% per annum fixed interest rate, described using a monthly percentage (2.00% – 4.00% per month).

Fees and Charges

MKM Capital’s loan facilities are subject to upfront and ongoing fees and charges including brokerage and trail commissions. Full disclosure of applicable fees and charges will be provided upon assessment of your application.
