6+6 Loan

Initial 6 month term from 9.50% per annum, reverting to a range from 11.00% per annum for the second six months.

Clean Credit

MKM Clear Credit loans available from 8.95% per annum

Full Doc

From 9.55% per annum variable interest rate

Lo Doc

From 9.75% per annum variable interest rate

Recovery Loan

From 12.95% per annum variable interest rate

Bridging Finance

Rates on a case by case basis.

MKM Capital’s loan facilities are subject to upfront and ongoing fees and charges including brokerage and trail commissions. Full disclosure of applicable fees and charges will be provided upon assessment of your application.
