Certificate of Currency

Protection of the secured asset is of paramount importance to MKM Capital. Prior to settlement MKM Capital requires a Certificate of Currency from a recognised insurer noting MKM Capital Pty Ltd as an Interested Party. The value of the insurance policy must be no less than the Reinstatement Value (replacement value of the asset) noted on the valuation report.

Where the term of the Loan Facility exceeds the term of the Insurance Policy, please ensure your updated Certificate of Currency is forwarded to MKM Capital when available.

(Please note, a Certificate of Currency is not required where the security property is vacant land.)
